A piece I created in response to a call out by BLVD gallery in Seattle's Belltown area.
A sassy bright tribute to the rhombus and somehow bubblegum.
Raw CMY and K. Spirals remixed from a circular design I created years ago.
Once and fish, genetically spliced with a toaster paid me a visit. It wanted a desktop.
A tribute to Ghouls 'n Ghosts, Dai Makaimura.
Pink 'n Pole
Seattle utility pole whose frequency has been isolated and drawn out on a 'heat map'.
Too Light Spike
A remix of a pattern I originally created for Conan Gale.
I was thinking of Ghandi, staring at the computer one day when BAM! It hit me!
The colors really strike me as being nautical. The pattern is sparse but to me--striking.
Honestly, I made this to be the backdrop for my myspace page, which mysteriously still lives.
Stark Green Shark
Again, a remix from the work I did with Conan Gale. This one 'pops' a little more as they say.
Layers and layers of striped patterns with varying transparency properties and finally you arrive at simply random.
This star like design reminds me of something middle-eastern, I dunno maybe it's just me.
Vermillion 09 Remix
This once used to be a photo of a bird I scanned from some Time-Life book I found at the library. Heavy manipulation later...
Photos, cut-outs, erasing and patterned layers create this minimal, wacko design. Not too sure about the brown :(
One newer work with some cool repetition going on.
